E3 2009 has come and gone, with tons of game and hardware announcements left in it's wake. There are lots of things to be excited about, but what in particular caught your eye? Let us know in the comments!
I've attached my list of games to this post..with the highlights being The Beatles: Rock Band, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, God of War III, Alan Wake, Singularity, and Batman: Arkham Asylum.
Also...thinking I may have to buy The Beatles: Rock Band special edition so I can get this bass:
Modern Warfare 2 and Assassin's Creed 2 are still at the top of my list, but now I've got Splinter Cell: Conviction, MAG, and Uncharted 2 on there as well. All must play titles in my book.
What especially caught my eye was the PS3's work-in-progress motion control system. The potential alone is exciting, can't wait to see the finished product.
new excitement for Crackdown 2 after seeing the dev walkthrough today. Im excited for all the PS3 rpgs as well. White Knight looks awesome and I cant wait to see how the extended multiplayer works out.
Dragon Age: Orgins, MAG, Uncharted 2, Assassin's Creed 2, Aplha Protocol, Persona, Army of Two: 40 days, Tales of Monkey Island, Lost Planet 2, Bayonetta, Splinter Cell: Conviction, Muramasa: The Demon Blade, Mass Effect 2, FF13, Heavy Rain, Demon's Soul, and Castlevania: Lord of Shadow, and Shadow Complex to name a few.
I can't decide between two - Warhammer 40k: Space Marine, and Rock Band: Beatles. Ahh, the two things I was wishing for, in one E3! Well okay, I can decide. Space Marine. Holy crap, I get to blow up some orks' brains!
Assassin's Creed 2 and splinter cell convictions are at the top of my list ,Modern Warfare 2, Prototype, and god of war 3 are also games I'm looking forward to, though I'd have to say in general I'm excited about all these games coming out.
Natal products more than anything. Peter Molyneux's aspirations aside, it looks like it really can change gaming. Wii has opened a lot of doors for producers, adn Natal seems to take it to the next lvl. Now we just need to wait and see if gamers are happy to actually move. :D
Tough question, there's so much to choose from. But if I have to pick a few, SW: TOR, Final Fantasy XIII and XIV, Modern Warfare 2, Heavy Rain and God of War III.
To be honest there are some many good games that I have seen at E3. From Halo 3: ODST to Alan wake to Natal. However the only game that got me as giddy as a school girl was SWTOR. Even though I like console games more.
Splinter Cell: Conviction, God of War III, Forza Motrosport 3, Metroid: The Other M, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, Castlevania: Lords of Shadow, Alpha Protocol, Assassin's Creed 2, Gran Turismo 5, Alan Wake, Aliens Vs Predator, and Halo: ODST.
I'm absolutely enthralled with the announcement of Mario Galaxy 2. I fell in love with the first adventure; here's hoping the second is just as magical.
I like what I saw with Split/Second... also Assassin's Creed 2 for me too... but didn't really see a ton specific to E3 announcements. Still looking forward to Jumpgate Evolution.
