This game looks cool, but I'm a bit leery of the over $100 price tag. I don't have many friends (social wallflower, that's me) although I am starting to make some new ones. Would you recommend this game for someone like me?

I think Rock Band can be fun when playing it alone, since it's got all 4 instruments and a lot of good songs available. Granted it's a lot more fun with friends, in my opinion, but it still is a fun game when you're playing it solo.

Have you ever played a Guitar Hero game?

Used to have Guitar Hero 2 for my PS2, and I enjoyed it on the occasions I remembered to play. Loved playing "Thunderhorse", but I'm a huge Metalocalypse fan.

Unfortunately, I'm not that good at the game. Could only get a couple songs into Hard mode. But I still had fun.
