How'd you like it?
Looks like my roommate loaded this up while I was at work yesterday :P

Overall, I think the game isn't too bad. I'm probably playing it on too high of a difficulty for my playstyle (I die a lot..but then again I get into some pretty hairy situations :P ).

It suffers because it has some bad game mechanics (like making you drive across a huge game map), and some pretty boring scenery (the graphics are awesome, but it takes place on Mars..which is essentially a desert with a lot of mountains).

The weaponry is pretty cool, with some neat twists on guns that have cool features. For instance there is a gun that literally turns people into dust, as nanobots break apart matter into separate atoms.

It's a brutal game that visually looks good, that suffers on some levels in game play. I'd say it's at least a rental, and if you really like it, buy it :)
How about the fully destructable environment?? That's what I always remembered being the best thing about Red Faction...is it still just as awesome in this new one? I downloaded the demo but I've yet to play >.<
Yeah, you can blow up everything in this game..so that's pretty cool. The multiplayer is pretty neat because of that..I'm hoping they add some more multiplayer modes which require you to do even more destruction :D
